How we got here
Best LA Roofing started the way most good contracting companies do: one guy with a truck, a reputation for honest work, and a phone that kept ringing.
Over the years, that turned into a full crew, a fleet of trucks, and a list of completed projects that spans every neighborhood in the greater LA area. We have done everything from patching a single leak on a bungalow in Silver Lake to replacing the entire roof on a warehouse in the Valley.
What has not changed is the approach. We still answer our own phone. We still show up when we say we will. And we still give you the honest answer about what your roof needs, even when the honest answer is "you are fine for another few years."
How we work
We believe most homeowners have been burned by contractors who talk too much and deliver too little. So we keep it simple:
We look at the roof ourselves. We get on the ladder, inspect the work, and give you our assessment based on what we actually see. Not what a salesperson tells us from the ground.
We give you a written estimate with real numbers. Line items, material costs, labor. You know exactly what you are paying for. If something changes during the job (like finding rot under the shingles), we call you and explain the additional cost before doing the work.
We do the work ourselves. Our own crew. Same guys who inspected your roof. We do not subcontract out to random teams and hope for the best.
We clean up. Magnetic nail sweeps, debris hauled away, gutters cleared. Your property should look better after we leave.
Credentials
We are a fully licensed California roofing contractor (CA License #1098765), bonded, and insured with both general liability and workers compensation coverage. We are happy to provide proof of insurance to any customer who asks. We are also certified installers for several major roofing manufacturers, which means you get their full warranty coverage when we install their products.

Tell the truth
If a repair will hold, we say repair. If the roof is done, we say replace. We do not upsell work you do not need because that is a good way to lose a customer forever.
Do it once, do it right
Cutting corners on a roof catches up with you. We use proper materials, proper techniques, and proper labor because we do not want to come back and redo a job for free.
Treat the property like ours
Protect the landscaping, cover the patio furniture, sweep for nails. It is basic professionalism and a surprising number of roofers skip it.
Answer the phone
When you call about a leak during a storm, you should not get voicemail. We answer, and if we can not get there today, we tell you exactly when we can.
